California Spice Basket, Inc. was founded with a passion for quality, innovation, and a deep understanding of the global spice industry. At the heart of the company is Dana Abarca, M.S., whose career—spanning over 25 years—has been dedicated to advancing food science, product development, and food safety.
With a Master of Science degree from the Czech Republic and extensive experience in Research & Development and Quality Assurance across both Europe and the United States, Dana has built a strong foundation in developing functional and flavorful blends for a wide range of food applications.
Under her leadership, California Spice Basket has grown steadily, guided by strategic vision, close attention to market trends, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
